Reservation Policy:

• All reservations will be confirmed through email with a code linked to your particular reservation. If you need assistance, you can email alberguemariaegg@gmail.com or message +51 957 392 888 through WhatsApp. The reservation will be guaranteed once the guest deposits 50% of their bill within 24 hours of placing the reservation; otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled. Guests can confirm the 50% advance payment by sending their payment receipt to alberguemariaegg@gmail.com
• In case you require an invoice, please send your company information upon confirming your reservation. Changes or cancellations will not be permitted once we produce the invoice. We are exempt from general sales tax in accordance with the Law for Promoting Investment in the Amazon.
• You must complete the payment for the remaining 50% of the balance in order to have access to your room. This payment can be made through bank transfer, in cash, or with card (an additional 5% fee will be charged for card payments).
Check in: 2pm.  |  Check out: 11am.
Early check-in will be granted if the room is available. Late check-out, if the room is available, will be granted until 5pm and will cost 50% of the price of one night. Check-out after 5pm will be charged as an extra night.
•For cancellations made 15 or more days before the arrival date, the 50% advance payment will be refunded within 15 business days. For cancellations made 14 or fewer days before the arrival date, the advance payment will not be refunded. Guests have the option to change their reservations dates within a range of 10 months of the original dates of stay if rooms are available, as long as the new dates are not holidays or between July 15 and August 15.
• Money will not be refunded if the guest does not check in. If the guest decides to leave the hostel prior to the reserved departure date, the cost of the remaining nights will not be refunded.
• If adverse meteorological conditions, protests, or other public events prevent travel to the hostel, guests will be allowed to change their reservations dates within a range of 10 months of the original dates of stay if rooms are available, as long as the new dates are not holidays or between July 15 and August 15. Alternatively, guests may request a refund of the 50% advance payment, which will be enacted within 15 business days.

Terms and conditions
• Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am.
• Minors must be accompanied by their parents.
• Pets are not allowed in the hostel.
• Loud noises that could disrupt the rest of other guests will not be allowed after 10pm.
• Drinks purchased outside may not be brought into the hostel; corkage will be charged per bottle brought into the hostel.
• The hostel is not responsible for lost items of value left behind in the rooms.
• Any damage caused by guests must be immediately paid in cash in accordance with established rates.
• Cleaning will be performed daily while guests are away from their rooms.
• For ecological reasons, the change of sheets and towels will be performed every three days.
• Hot water for the showers is generated through solar power, which means water may not be properly heated on cloudy days.
• Showers are equipped with soap and shampoo dispensers to reduce the ecological impact of plastic packaging.
• White towels may only be used within the rooms. Green towels can be used for the pool and may be requested at the front desk; they must be returned after use. The hostel towels are solely for use within the establishment. For outside activities, the guests must bring their own towels.
• The rooms don’t have TVs. The hostel WiFi connection is very basic and not recommended for virtual meetings.
